Rules & Policies



1.Booking Confirmation

Your photoshoot booking is considered confirmed once the date, time, and location have been agreed upon and the required deposit has been received, when applicable.

A deposit is required in the following cases:

• When booking a session through my website

• For studio photoshoots

• For special sessions such as mini sessions or limited-time offers

For standard outdoor or lifestyle sessions booked directly, a deposit may not be required unless otherwise specified.

The deposit secures your date and time and is applied toward the total session cost.

2.Cancellations & Rescheduling

To respect time reserved for your session and studio bookings, please review the cancellation policy below:

• For outdoor / on-location sessions, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• For studio sessions, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required due to studio rental arrangements.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less notice may result in the deposit being forfeited.

If unexpected situations arise, please reach out as soon as possible — open communication is always appreciated, and I’ll do my best to work with you.

3.Photo Delivery

To ensure quality and consistency, please review the delivery timelines below:

• Original (unedited) photos are delivered within 3–4 days after the photoshoot.

• Edited photos are delivered within 2–4 weeks after the final image selection is received.

If your gallery is ready earlier than expected, I will always notify you and send it as soon as possible.

Please note that in rare cases, due to personal reasons such as illness or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery timelines may be slightly extended. Should this happen, I will always inform you in advance and keep you updated.

4.Selection for Edits

To ensure a smooth and timely workflow, please review the photo selection policy below.

• Clients have the opportunity to select images for editing from their original photos.

• From the date the original photos are delivered, clients have 30 days (1 month) to submit their photo selections for editing.

If you need more time, you are very welcome to contact me before the deadline — extensions can always be arranged upon request.

If no selection is made within 30 days and no extension has been requested, I will personally select and professionally edit the images on your behalf. The final edited gallery will then be delivered based on my artistic vision.

After the editing is completed, clients may request up to three minor revisions at no additional charge. Any further edits beyond these three will incur an additional fee.

Please note:

• Once the edited gallery is delivered, additional image changes or swaps may not be possible.

• This policy helps ensure timely delivery and availability for all clients.

5.Shooting & Editing Style

By booking a photoshoot with me, you automatically agree to my artistic vision, including both shooting and editing style, unless discussed and agreed upon in advance.

6.Use of Images

I reserve the right to use photos for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the shoot.

7.Payment

Payment terms may vary depending on the type of session.

• For most regular sessions, full payment is due after the photoshoot.

• For sessions that require a deposit (including website bookings, studio sessions, mini sessions, or special offers), the deposit is required in advance, with the remaining balance due on or before the day of the photoshoot, unless otherwise agreed.

All payment details will always be clearly communicated in advance.

8.Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your scheduled photoshoot.

• If you arrive late to a studio session, the session time cannot be extended without additional payment. Studio time is typically booked back-to-back, and extending the session is rarely possible due to other clients scheduled afterward.

• If you wish to extend a studio session and additional time is available, an extra hour fee will apply.

• For outdoor or on-location sessions, arriving late may also result in a shortened shooting time, as I may have other clients scheduled.

Late arrivals do not qualify for discounts, reshoots, or refunds.

9.Respect & Conduct

A respectful, collaborative atmosphere is key to a successful shoot. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
